Welcome to the design world of Lush Sugar, a place where feathers flutter on a dream, silk meets metal and vintage meets today. Lush Sugar is exclusively and meticulously designed by Alexi Allen. With a long background in art, product and apparel development in Boston, Alexi branched out independently and created a small workshop style atelier out of her studio.

Each piece is carefully designed and handmade by Alexi using only the finest materials from imported vintage millinery trims to hand cut and pressed blooms made of gorgeous luxurious silks. The designs are truly labors of love and stem from a passion for vintage materials and jewelry, particularly designs ranging from the art deco of the 1920's thru the op-art and boho chic designs of the 1960's. These pieces have stories to tell and lives they have touched. At Lush Sugar they are re-purposed and brought to life again. A new journey for each piece will start with you.

Hand stitched into the back of each piece is a tiny blue glass bead. This serves as not only the Lush Sugar design signature to the piece but more importantly as a hidden something blue to bring all Lush Sugar beauties happiness, good fortune and love-- today and everyday.
